Education: Programs such as substance and domestic abuse awareness, life skills, computer classes and job readiness training are provided.
Case Management: On-site essential case management services are provided to women dealing with the pains of their past, and in learning how to build hope for the future, self-sufficiency and independence.
Responsible Resident Program: Teaches responsibility and accountability by requiring that all women volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per week to help maintain The Mission.
Spiritual Counseling: Most importantly, as a non-denominational Christian shelter, The Mission of Yahweh strives to meet spiritual needs by offering chapel services 3 days per week, and providing spiritual counseling for anyone in need. We believe that improving character and values are essential to creating lasting change in the lives of homeless women and their children.
