This award is given to acknowledge an organization's continued leadership to help improve the health of the Hispanic community. Get Moving! event to address many factors that contribute to heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, type-2 diabetes, and certain cancers; particularly in the community.

The event’s goal is to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle and provide information on ways to lower their risk of chronic disease.
