Metro Fire is proud to support the Texas Brotherhood Ride each year. This remarkable organization conducts an annual bicycle ride from Lake Jackson, Texas, to Fort Worth honoring emergency responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

This year's ride begins on Sunday, September 27. Please join us in wishing all of the riders safe travels as they embark on their seven-day journey across Texas. Their dedication helps ensure that the memories and legacies of these fallen heroes are never forgotten.

Brazos County Precinct 4 Fire Department has taken delivery of a new Spartan S-180 Model 3106 Engine, designated as Engine 421. This engine is built on a Metro Star EMFD 10” Raised Roof Chassis with Cummins X12 500 HP Engines and Waterous CSU 2000 GPM Pump’s. This engine carry’s 1,000 gallons of water, 20 gallons of foam, and include a FoamPro 1600 foam system.

Recently, we delivered Johnson County ESD #1 their new side by side. This Polaris Ranger Crew 1000XP is equipped with a 60 gallon water tank, 50’ booster reel, Whelen warning light/siren package, Rigid Industries scene lighting and a roof rack for equipment and spare tire mounting.

Bandera Fire and Rescue recently took delivery of this Fouts 3000 gallon tanker, which is equipped with a Hale 1000 gpm pump, 10” rear dump valve, rear mounted hose reel and a custom graphics package.
