Concord Neighborhood Center Our programs advance the education, health, well-being and independence for Southside families.

Social Services:
Concord assists people with basic needs--such as food, clothing, shelter and health—to enhance their quality of life. Free individual and family counseling, job training, and preparedness and homeless prevention services are available to Southside families. Childcare:
Concord provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 3-12 through our licensed child care center, before- and after-school programs and intensive summer day camp. Tutors and mentors provide older children with opportunities to improve academic performance and boost their self-confidence. Concord offers working parents affordable, quality childcare with extended hours. Youth Development:
Concord is committed to providing programs that enable children from all socioeconomic backgrounds to learn and grow together in a safe environment with caring adults. Activities focus on academic success, health living, and comprehensive life skills. Seniors:
Concord offers opportunities for adults—55 and older—to gather, share interests, meet friends and connect with their community. Concord offers case management services, warm meals, and transportation. Health:
From health education to and prevention programs to counseling, Concord works hard to ensure health lifestyles various assessment tools and activities.
