A heartfelt THANK YOU to Nicole and the team at Country Life Vitamins for their generous donation of more than 700 bottles of vitamins and supplements to Mercy Haven!

For many individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, vitamins and supplements are often considered a luxury and are simply not within reach.

Thanks to this incredible gift, we can now offer these important wellness resources through our Community Food Pantry, helping our neighbors support their health and well-being.

We are so grateful for this thoughtful contribution and for the opportunity to build a new partnership with people who care deeply about our community. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

🎉Big news! 🎉

Mercy Haven is proud to launch Long Island’s first certified Medical Respite program and is now accepting referrals.

Medical Respite provides short-term recuperative care for individuals experiencing homelessness who need a safe place to prepare for or recover from an injury, hospitalization, or medical procedure.

This innovative program helps individuals heal with dignity while connecting them to the support and resources they need on their journey toward stability and wellness.

3,000+ pound Food Drive delivered to Mercy Haven!

Priscilla, a Scout working toward the rank of Eagle Scout, selected Mercy Haven as the beneficiary of her Eagle Scout Service Project. Over several months, she planned, organized, and led a community-wide food drive that resulted in more than 3,000 pounds of donated food and household supplies. A box truck delivered the donations, and our staff quickly got to work sorting and storing the items.

It has been a pleasure working with Priscilla, and we are incredibly proud of her outstanding effort and leadership. Thank you, Priscilla - you are truly deserving of this prestigious achievement!

Danielle Robinson, Coordinator of the Young Women in Ministry for the First Jurisdiction of Eastern New York Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Bishop James Pullings, Jr., recently delivered 100 tote bags filled with personal care items to Mercy Haven for the families we serve.

What began as an idea in February blossomed into a meaningful service project through the dedication and hard work of Danielle and her team of compassionate women. We were delighted to receive these thoughtful gifts, which will be distributed to our families in the coming days.

The mission of Young Women in Ministry is to “minister to the practical and spiritual needs of the vulnerable, carrying out acts of service and charity while also proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations and reaching the lost and hurting.” Their generosity beautifully reflects that mission in action.

Thank you, Danielle, and the Young Women in Ministry team, for your kindness and commitment to serving others. We look forward to continuing this wonderful connection and working together in the future.

Thank you for joining us at our 26th Annual Golf Outing. Your participation and support helped make this year’s event a tremendous success.
