Looking for your new favorite coffee spot? ☕✨ Meet our Local Love Thursday Spotlight, Iron Wolf Coffee - a Jacksonville café built on community, culture, and a serious passion for coffee.

Owner Jaydy Gonzalez took his love for coffee all the way to farms in Latin America, learning the craft from the ground up before opening his first café in Baja, Mexico. In 2024, he and his wife Sydney brought that dream to Jacksonville, creating a space that feels welcoming, inspiring, and full of personality.

From specialty coffee and boba to handcrafted drinks made with beans sourced from Latin America, Iron Wolf is more than your average coffee stop—it’s an experience. 💙

And the name? Inspired by Jaydy’s rescued Alaskan Malamute, Skaya, and the strength and resilience of iron, the “Iron Wolf” spirit is all about loyalty, connection, and building something meaningful for the community.

Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee, meeting up with friends, or just looking for a cozy place to unwind, Iron Wolf Coffee is definitely worth the stop. ✨
