Recently, young artists got the opportunity to paint at the Jensen-Olson Arboretum while enjoying beautiful weather! Local artist Kelsey Hoke led the children through a vibrant painting workshop, giving them a chance to be creative and try something new. 🎨 Thank you to those who volunteer their time to make these events possible!

The colors are vibrant at the Arboretum right now! Here we have some Primula florindae from yellows to oranges, Caroline's pink poppies, pink and white yarrow, red bee balm, and pink and gold spiraea. 🌻

Some beautiful summer blossoms have been blooming in the sunshine! ☀️ Primula florindae is the star of the garden, along with Astrantia, geraniums, and Peonies. We are open this weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.! 🌸

Registration for Art in the Garden at the Jensen-Olson Arboretum opens next week! This event offers children the opportunity to fuel their creativity in an art lesson with Kelsey Hoke while enjoying the scenery of the garden. 🌿

Art in the Garden 🎨
• Registration opens Tuesday, August 4, at noon
• For ages 6-12
• $10 plus tax

There are only 25 spots available, and registration is required at bit.ly/registerCBJparks. Hosted by the Jensen-Olson Arboretum in partnership with Friends of Jensen-Olson Arboretum.
