After many years and countless miles of delivering nutritious meals to seniors in our community, our trusty Meals on Wheels vehicles are finally getting a well-deserved retirement! 🚐❤️ We are excited to introduce our two new vehicles, which will help us continue providing reliable meal delivery to our homebound seniors for years to come. These vehicles are more than transportation—they help ensure our neighbors receive a nutritious meal, a friendly visit, and a connection to the community. We are so grateful to everyone who has helped make this possible and proud to keep Meals on Wheels moving! 🥰

Scammers are impersonating the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and sending phishing fax requests for medical records and documentation, falsely claiming to be part of a Medicare audit. CMS doesn’t initiate audits by requesting medical records. If you get a fax like this, report it to the SMP.
