Many of you now know Sarah, who takes such great care of all our guests and always brings the positive energy to our tasting room. Sarah will be here sharing something special from her Alaska salmon business, Frostad Fisheries. She’s bringing her delicious smoked salmon for you to taste, enjoy, and take home!

We will also be adding her smoked salmon to our grazing platter for a limited time so everyone has a chance to experience it.

I’ve been waiting for just the right day to enhance our Frostad Fisheries Wild Alaskan Salmon with this beautiful McCormick Jam Co. Strawberry Balsamic. I’m sure this glaze will be the perfect finishing touch to a delicious meal this evening. 🍓🐟❤️

Our Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is very low in stock — now’s the time to enjoy it for dinner tonight or stock up for the winter. Once we’re sold out, we won’t have more until after our 2026 fishing season in August.

We’ll also have our Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon available in Alder, Garlic & Pepper, and Candied varieties. These have been so well received and pair beautifully with a pasta dinner, a fall charcuterie board, or (my favorite) simply enjoyed on their own.
