We’re proud to launch the Duplin Coalition for Health’s 2nd Annual County-Wide Food Collection Drive, running October 1st through November 16th!

Just like last year, all food donations will be given to Duplin Christian Outreach Ministries (DCOM), which oversees seven food pantries serving families across Duplin County.

Collection boxes will be placed at multiple locations county-wide, along with this flyer listing needed items and the organizations partnering in this year’s drive. Your support helps keep shelves stocked with nutritious, meaningful foods for our neighbors.

Let’s work together to reach our goal of over 2,000 lbs of food this year!

🎶 Workin’ 9 to 5… well, technically 8 to 5 for us 😭😂

We couldn’t let Dolly Day pass without celebrating one of our favorite programs, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library! 📚💗 We’re so proud to have helped sign up (in collaboration with Duplin County Partnership for Children) so many Duplin County children to receive FREE books and build a love for reading right from the start. ✨

And of course, we had to look cute while doing it! 🤠💕 A big shoutout to On The Hill Creations for our adorable Imagination Library shirts!

Here’s to more books, more little readers, and a whole lot of Dolly! 📚🦋✨

Happy REHS Week to our Environmental Health Team!! Their impact reaches every corner of Duplin County, from the restaurants we enjoy, to the wells and septic systems that keep our homes safe, to the pools, childcare centers, and facilities our families rely on every day. 😁 Looking for an affordable way to keep your smile healthy? Fayetteville Technical Community College’s Dental Hygiene Clinic offers services to patients of all ages while giving dental hygiene students valuable clinical experience.

🪥 Appointments include:
➡️ Bitewing X-rays
➡️ Medical history screening
➡️ Blood pressure screening
➡️ Head and neck cancer screening
➡️ Scaling and polishing
➡️ Fluoride treatment

💵 And the prices are hard to beat:
➡️ Dental cleaning — $5 per appointment
➡️ Dental sealants — $5 per tooth, $20 maximum
➡️ Panoramic X-ray — $10
➡️ Full-mouth X-rays — $10

🗓️ Fall appointments are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Spring appointments are available daily at those times, with Tuesdays and Thursdays offered during summer.
