Summer Ferry Schedule Update! 🚢

- 6:15 am to 9:30 am - One ferry will operate every 30 minutes from each side, starting on the Ketchikan side.
- 9:30 am - 5:30 pm - Ferries will operate every 15 minutes from both sides, Monday-Friday.
- 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm - One ferry will operate every 30 from each side, with the final ferry departing from the Airport side.

At the June 1 Assembly meeting, Mayor Austin Otos presented a proclamation declaring June 2026 as Pride Month.

Pride Month recognizes the history, resilience, diversity, and contributions of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, while also acknowledging the ongoing pursuit of equality, inclusion, and human rights for all.

The proclamation was accepted by President of the Ketchikan Pride Alliance Ryan McHale and former President of the Ketchikan Pride Alliance JD Martin.

Yesterday, at the June 1 Assembly meeting, Mayor Austin Otos presented a proclamation celebrating the life and legacy of Cheri Davis and recognizing her lifelong dedication to the Ketchikan community.

Cheri's impact can be seen throughout Ketchikan, from her years of service on the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Board of Education and in the Alaska State Legislature to her volunteer work with numerous local organizations. Her commitment to education, public service, and community involvement helped shape Ketchikan for generations.

The Borough proudly honors Cheri Davis and thanks her for a lifetime of service to our community. The proclamation was accepted on behalf of the Davis family by Ryan Davis, Cheri’s son.
