Last week at PT, the Cramer’s Sabers Battalion honored 2LT Joseph D. Fortin, a true hero who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country. A graduate of Roger Williams University in 2008, 2LT Fortin gave his life on 23 August 2009 while leading a patrol in Iraq, ensuring the safety of his soldiers above all else. His selflessness and bravery continue to inspire us.

We remember his courage with the Fortin Circuit, a workout in his honor:
• One lap around the Rec Center
• 15x Burpees
• 20x HRPs
• 30x Flutter Kicks (Four Count)
Repeat 5x

May we all strive to live with the same dedication, courage, and heart that 2LT Fortin exemplified.
