As traditions go, our Staff versus Students is a must. We have done Volleyball, Basketball and now just finished the year with our Soccer game. The venue changed due to construction of a new field, but the competition was the same. Congratulations to the students for taking the win this year.

Continuing with our season of showcases, Choir held a Spring Concert Last night - Blast From the Past. Honoring the talents and successes this year with an amazing program and awards honoring those who tried out for Region Choir, those who made Region Choir and those who participated in UIL to personalized awards. Hats off to Mrs Bowen and the amazing program she continues to build at Simon Middle School!

It is the season to showcase all of the amazing and talented students. Last night Band, Beginner, Symphonic and Wind Ensemble took the stage the the Lehman PAC. They performed beautifully and had a few guest performers!

If you haven't seen our Theater students perform, you have missed an outstanding group of students. Tonight the 8th graders performed their Spring Plays - Monster Problems and Layover. They are such an outstanding group of individuals!

Final day of Teacher Appreciation Week!! We ended the week with a delicious loaded baked potato bar!! 💛
Thank you to Smokey Mo’s Kyle for helping make today extra special! Huge shout out to our Admin team, Mrs. Rivera, and our amazing PTA for everything they did this week to celebrate our teachers and staff. We appreciate you all so much!

Attention 8th grade parents.

We are still looking for donations of water for the upcoming 8th grade end of year celebration. We are requesting 20 cases of water. Please bring any cases you are able to donate to the front office by May 19th.

Thank you for your donation and we look forward to celebrating all the accomplishments of our 8th grade students.

Attention rising 9th graders!

Next Thursday (5/14) and Friday (5/15) at 4:45 P.M., Lehman High School Starlettes will be holding a Dance Team clinic and tryout looking for additional members to be on the 26-27 team.

No need to register, just show up to the LHS Dance studio located down the hall from the gyms.

You will need to attend BOTH days.
