Now through Saturday, Chick-fil-A Waldorf and Smallwood Drive locations will donate $5 to LifeStyles of Maryland for every Pineapple Dragonfruit Gallon sold.

That’s the beautiful thing about giving: what may feel small to you can mean everything to someone who needs it.

Every day, individuals and families in our community face moments when a little support can make an enormous difference. When you donate, volunteer or find your own way to help, you’re doing more than meeting an immediate need.

And giving gives something back.

For our youngest helpers, it can also teach lessons that last a lifetime — compassion, generosity and the power each of us has to make a difference for someone else.

For all of us, giving is a reminder that we are all in this together.

We had a great time today supporting the La Plata Police Department, MD at the Kent Avenue Corridor Block Party!

It’s always such a wonderful time meeting members of the local community, sharing resources and creating connections.

Neighbors who dropped in could access fresh produce, school supplies, health screenings and a wide variety of resources. We’re so grateful for everyone who helped make this event happen!
