Our third rabies clinic of 2026 will be held Saturday, July 18 at Queensbury Community Center, 742 Bay Road. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

We are requiring registration for our rabies clinics this year.
Registration will open the second week of July for this clinic. We will announce when registration is available.

There is no charge, but a donation of $10 is suggested to help cover our costs.

This clinic is open to the first 100 people to register. You can register through the link on this webpage when registration opens: https://www.warrencountyny.gov/healthservices.

Older adults, caregivers, and community members are invited to join us for Aging with Pride on Wednesday, June 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Common Roots in South Glens Falls.

This free community program will explore essential topics related to aging in the LGBTQIA+ community, including support services, estate planning, home safety, and resources for caregivers. Dinner will be provided at no cost.

Information on cooling centers for Warren County this summer.

The heat and air quality concerns of summer are just around the corner, and New York State has released its list of cooling centers/clean air centers for this year. 14 have been designated in Warren County, from Glens Falls to Hague. This list was put together with input from our staff and our friends at Warren County Office of Emergency Services.

These are locations where folks can go to get out of the heat while these facilities are open. Please call ahead if you decide you need to cool off, and if you are concerned about heat stroke or other illness, call 911.
