Southeast Area Command Front Desk Temporarily Relocating!

Beginning September 1, front desk services currently available at Southeast Area Command (SEAC) will temporarily relocate to the new Hollywood Area Command building while renovations are completed. The SEAC front desk will remain open through Friday, August 28.

On Monday, August 31, anyone within the SEAC jurisdiction needing front desk services, including filing a police report, obtaining a copy of a report, or requesting a background check, should visit South Central Area Command, Convention Center Area Command, Northeast Area Command, or LVMPD Headquarters. Visit LVMPD.com for locations.

Beginning on Tuesday, September 1, front desk services will be available at Hollywood Area Command, located at:

2300 S. Hollywood Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89142

The SEAC building, located at 3675 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89121, will be completely closed until renovations are complete. Emergency police response will not be affected by this closure.

Happy National Dog Day! 🐶

After a long, hard shift of serving and protecting our community, there is absolutely nothing better for our officers than coming home these fluffy fellows. These precious puppers wait patiently all day, ready to unleash a wave of unconditional love the second that front door opens. 🐕

Dogs truly make the world a better place, and we are paws-itively thrilled to celebrate them today. They are always fetching us smiles, keeping our spirits fur-ever high, and proving that they are the absolute ulti-mutt companions. To all the loyal pups who make the ruff days feel a whole lot lighter, thank you for always being the best part of coming home. 💙 🐾

Truly honored to attend the grand opening of Club Christ at David Hoggard Apartments!

Seeing the community come together to invest in the next generation is incredibly inspiring. For those unfamiliar with their work, Club Christ establishes free after-school learning centers directly inside underserved apartment complexes. By bringing literacy tutoring, homework help, and leadership mentoring right outside the front doors of residents, they eliminate transportation barriers for working parents and give local youth a safe space to thrive.
