Lecanto High School continues to help mold some truly amazing young men and women, and today is another example of that tradition.

Congratulations to Jordan Prinner (Lecanto High School Class of 2021) on joining the ranks of the many members of the Lecanto Nation who have served or are serving as Officers in the United States Coast Guard. Jordan now joins a distinguished group that includes teachers & students: Rausch, Houpt, Benoist, and Dupler.

And the tradition continues as Devin Jones prepares to enter the Coast Guard Academy and Abigail Tate enters the United States Naval Academy this year!

Calling all future Panthers! 📣 Come learn, compete, have fun, and grow your volleyball skills at the Lecanto Panthers Volleyball Camp ‘26! Whether your athlete is new to volleyball or looking to sharpen their game, this is the perfect summer opportunity! 🐾

👧 Incoming 3rd – 9th Grade
💲 $75
👕 Register by June 12 to receive a camp shirt!
⚠️ Limited to the first 100 players — spots will fill quickly!
Campers will receive instruction from the Lecanto High School Volleyball coaching staff and Lady Panthers players while learning fundamentals like passing, setting, hitting, serving, offense, and defense — plus fun competitions and a tournament to wrap up camp! 🏐✨

Lecanto High School Graduation Parking & Arrival Information – Class of 2026
To help ensure a smooth and safe graduation experience for all graduates, families, and guests, please review the important parking and arrival procedures for Wednesday evening’s ceremony at Panther Stadium.

IMPORTANT TIMELINE
• 5:30 PM – Graduates Report
• 5:30 PM – Stadium Gates Open
• 7:00 PM – Graduation Processional Begins

GENERAL PARKING
General parking will be available in the main LHS parking lots (FRONT OF SCHOOL and additional overflow lots marked on the map. Please follow the traffic flow directions and the parking attendants

REAR PARKING:
Graduates, Citrus County School District Employees with badges, and handicapped parking with hang tags or permits.

ROAD PARKING / BACK-IN PARKING
Specific areas along the roadway will allow back-in parking only. Please follow all signage and staff instructions.

GRADUATE PARKING
Graduates will park in the designated Graduate Parking area near the bus ramp. Graduates should arrive no later than 5:30 PM.

VIP & CCSD PARKING
Reserved parking for CCSD personnel and approved VIP guests will be located in the designated marked area near the band/cafe entrance.

ASSISTED / HANDICAPPED PARKING
Accessible parking will be available near Panther Stadium, with golf cart assistance available as needed.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• All graduates and guests will enter from the Educational Path entrance.
• ONLY guests with field seating tickets will be permitted on the field level.
• Please allow extra travel time due to expected traffic congestion.
• Follow all traffic flow arrows and directions from deputies, staff, and parking attendants.
• Parking along restricted red zones is prohibited.
