Happy Thanksgiving !!

The foundation made the holiday extra special for 120 families by providing Mazzone catered dinners and grocery gift cards

With the help of our supporters, we are delighted to provide a Mazzone catered Thanksgiving meal for all CF families this year!

All meals will be ready for pick up at Mazzone Hospitality Headquarters:
743 Pierce Road
Clifton Park.

If you are unable to pick up, we will be happy to provide free delivery in the Capital Region. If you live outside the area we would be happy to send you a gift card to find a place cooking closer to home.

Gluten free dinners are available.

As you know, Emerald Eve is our largest annual fundraising event. We look forward to gathering each year to share our stories and thank our loyal supporters for being part of this journey. After careful consideration, our board of directors has made the difficult decision to postpone Emerald Eve for one more year, exercising an abundance of caution as we consider the vulnerable CF community we serve.

So please mark your calendar for the 22nd Emerald Eve Saturday November 19, 2022 at the Canfield Casino.

In addition, this fall, you will receive an invitation to support the work of the Foundation. We hope you will consider a contribution to ensure we never have to say no to a family in need.
