The Lubbock County Medical Examiner’s Office is currently seeking an experienced Autopsy Technician to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced forensic environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside board-certified forensic pathologists in a newly constructed medical examiner facility serving Lubbock County and surrounding areas.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

We would like to recognize two people at the heart of our day-to-day operations, Joanna and Keenan. They keep things organized, steady, and moving forward, all while supporting both our team and the families we serve with patience, kindness, and understanding during some of the hardest moments anyone can experience.

If you’ve ever called, emailed, or walked through our doors, you've likely experienced that firsthand. They are a big part of what keeps this office running the way it should.

So much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but it truly makes a difference.

We appreciate them both more than they could ever know. We thank them for all that they continue to do not just for our office, but for all of Lubbock County.
