Last call for our Garden mocktail class!

This class is a fun primer on making simple syrups and shrubs. What are those? Really easy ways to pull plantly-fruity-herby flavors out of common garden produce. We'll be working with our spring friends rhubarb, and cherry, plus a few other classic herbs like rosemary and lemon balm.

Have you seen the foxglove on the Badger walk? 👀

We often think of plants and animals as more or less the same, if they warrant our noticing at all. Squirrel, oak, robin, or maple. Our plant and animal peers are individuals. Some, like this foxglove pushing huge flowers in a shady area, remind us more bluntly.

Kudos.

Look close!

Our first gazania are blooming... but only when the sun is shinning because these flowers are light sensitive.

Check them out in our containers or on the corner of Babcock and Linden. We are excited for a warm summer day when the areas are awash with these stunning blooms.
