In September, teens can stop by the library to get supplies to make their very own glitter slime!

They may pick up their free grab-and-go bagged kit inside the library at the first floor Information Desk any time during the month (from September 1 at 9:30am-September 30 at 8:00pm) and create it at home. Open to grades 7-12, registration required on our website (scrantonlibrary.org).

In this episode, Allison interviews First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons. Peggy has served as Madison’s First Selectwoman since 2019, but she is also an active mom of two children and has previously served on Madison’s Police Commission, Board of Finance, and Economic Development Commission. Peggy discusses her early memories of moving to Madison, talks about how the town has changed, and speaks about her hopes for the town’s future.
