Today we’re shining the spotlight on one of our amazing Owsley County drivers, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗰𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻. Daniel has been part of the Daniel Boone Transit family for almost 8 years! 🚌👏

One of Daniel's favorite parts of the job is getting the opportunity to travel to new places while helping serve the community through transit. He enjoys being on the road and meeting people along the way!

When he’s away from work, he still enjoys traveling and making memories on vacations; especially trips to amusement parks! 🎢🌎

We truly appreciate his years of dedication, hard work, and positive attitude. Thank you for everything you do for Daniel Boone Transit and the communities we serve! 💙

For the 19th and final day of Community Action Month, we’re celebrating 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, with some of our amazing staff showing their Community Action pride with “𝘐 ❤️ 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯” signs!

Daniel Boone Transit rolled through the Clay County Days Parade today! We're so proud to be part of this community and happy to serve our clients! It was good seeing the people of Clay County! 😀👋🚗🚌

Summer STEM Camp Scholarships for K-6th

Camp Invention will be back at EKU Manchester, this summer for the third year. Camp Invention is a day STEM camp for rising K-6th graders hosted by EKU and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. It will be at the EKU Manchester Campus during the week of June 22-26, 9:00-3:30. Due to a generous donation from the Overdeck Family Foundation, we have 12 scholarships that pay for $200 of the $310 camp fee. The scholarships are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Today we’re recognizing one of our wonderful drivers from our Clay County office, 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲, who has been with Daniel Boone Transit for over a year! 🚌💙

Lauren says one of her favorite parts of the job is having a positive impact on people’s lives through her work in transit. Her kindness and dedication help make a difference for the riders she serves each day, and we are grateful to have her on our team.

When she’s away from work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and making memories with the people she loves most. ❤️
