FJ Psychological Services FJ Psychological Services provides compassionate, integrative psychological, behavioral, psychiatric, and wellness care for children, adults, and families — specializing in autism, testing, ABA therapy, and whole-person mental health support.

FJ Psychological Services is a multidisciplinary behavioral health and wellness practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout McHenry County and surrounding communities since 2017. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm, community-oriented environment that combines the personalized experience of a boutique private practice with accessible, comprehe

nsive services.

We specialize in autism spectrum evaluations, psychological and neurobehavioral testing, ABA therapy, psychiatric services, and integrative mental health care. Our clinicians work collaboratively to support individuals with autism, ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, developmental differences, and complex emotional or behavioral challenges.

Our comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations include autism assessments, ADHD testing, diagnostic clarification, learning disability evaluations, neuropsychological and behavioral assessments, bariatric evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and FOID psychological evaluations. We provide both insurance-based and private pay testing services depending on client needs.

Our therapy team offers individualized treatment utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral therapy, play therapy, trauma-focused interventions, somatic approaches, family therapy, and parent coaching. We proudly serve neurodivergent individuals, children with behavioral needs, adolescents, adults, couples, LGBTQ+ clients, and families navigating complex mental health and developmental concerns.

In addition to therapy and assessment services, we offer psychiatric medication management and Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression. Our integrative model allows clients to receive coordinated behavioral, psychological, and psychiatric care under one roof.

As part of our whole-person wellness philosophy, FJ Psychological Services also offers a growing range of aesthetic and wellness services, including eyelash enhancement, facial treatments, and cosmetic wellness options designed to support confidence, self-care, and emotional wellbeing.

We proudly serve clients throughout McHenry, Crystal Lake, Spring Grove, Lake in the Hills, Huntley, Cary, Woodstock, and surrounding communities. Telehealth services are available throughout Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and all PSYPACT-participating states. We also welcome students and interns interested in training within an integrative behavioral health setting.
