Bright Star Learning Center is currently seeking caring, dependable, and passionate individuals to join our team! We are hiring for both a Lead Teacher position and an Assistant Teacher position.

📍 Location: Bright Star Learning Center
⏰ Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

(Work schedule/shifts will be discussed during the interview process.)

✨ Lead Teacher Requirements:
• CDA credential required
• Previous childcare experience required
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment

✨ Assistant Teacher Requirements:
• Proven childcare experience required
• Dependable, patient, and nurturing attitude
• Ability to work well with children and staff members
• Willingness to assist with daily classroom activities and routines

Responsibilities may include:
• Supervising and engaging with children throughout the day
• Assisting with age-appropriate learning activities
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational growth
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
• Communicating professionally with parents and staff
• Following all state licensing and safety regulations

We wanted to give a heads-up that we are monitoring the potential for winter weather late Saturday night into Sunday. The most likely scenario remains little to no accumulation, but the probability for at least minor accumulation has begun to trend up, especially away from the coast. Please see the attached graphic for an overview of the current thinking.
