Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway Sanitation District on Monday, November 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the Midway City Offices, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items:

Tentative FY 2025 Budget/Public Hearing – The Adopted Fiscal Year 2025 Tentative Budget for Midway Sanitation District and additional items to be added to the Current FY 2024 Budget

Rate Increase/Public Hearing – Receive Public Comment On, Discuss Calculations and Possibly Approve an Increase In User Fees for Midway Sanitation District
