One of Midway's most memorable July 4th celebrations is almost here.

Join us for a full day of community traditions, family activities, art, music, and fireworks as we celebrate Independence Day together in the heart of Midway.

Midway Boosters Old Fashioned 4th Celebration
☀️ 7:00 AM – Sunrise Service
🥞 8:00 AM – Pancake Breakfast
🚲 10:15 AM – Kids Bike Parade

Wasatch Plein Air Art Show
Town Hall • All Day

Utah Symphony on Town Square
🎻 Performance begins at 8:00 PM

Please note: Town Square will NOT open for seating until 4:00 PM. Chairs, blankets, and other items may not be placed on the lawn before 4:00 PM.

Food trucks and local food vendors will serve from 5:00–8:00 PM. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy this incredible free community performance under the summer sky.

🚧 Midway Road News: Burgi Lane is Open!

We're pleased to report that the Burgi Lane construction is now complete and the road is open to traffic.

Please also plan ahead for a temporary one-block closure of S. Center Street on Thursday, June 25. Please follow the posted detours.

Join us tomorrow for Midway’s America250 Memorial Hill Legacy Flag Tribute.

On Saturday, an incredibly hard working group of volunteers assembled 250 America250 flag kits for tomorrow’s Memorial Hill Legacy Flag Event. Thank you to those volunteers for your willingness to serve in helping bring this inspiring tribute to life.

Join us tomorrow, June 15 at 6:00 PM, at the Midway Community Center for a short program honoring our veterans and recognizing the freedoms we enjoy as Americans. Following the program, we will make our way to Memorial Hill to install all 250 America250 flags along the trail.

Together, these flags will create a stunning visual tribute honoring Wasatch County veterans while celebrating our community’s participation in America’s 250th anniversary.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who purchased a flag kit and to the many generous sponsors whose support made this project possible.

This is more than a flag display—it’s a chance to be part of something meaningful, memorable, and uniquely Midway.

We hope you’ll join us as we create this beautiful tribute together.

Join us Wednesday, June 17, at 6:30 PM on Midway Town Square for an evening of live music, great food, and community fun.

This week's featured band, The Fuse, will keep the energy high with music that's sure to have the crowd singing along and enjoying the summer evening.

Come hungry and before the music starts, grab dinner from our featured food trucks, The Chilli Spot and Soup r' Cheesy.

Bring a lawn chair, invite your neighbors, and spend the evening with friends and family in the heart of Midway.

🌸 Make Midway Beautiful Next Saturday! 🌸
The Midway Beautification & Arbor Day Celebration is happening June 13th, and we want YOU there!

Grab your gloves and your shovel, and meet your neighbors at one of our beautification sites at 8:00 AM. We'll be planting flowers at Hamlet Park, Burgi Hill, Centennial Park, River Road Roundabout and clean-up at the cemetery — then join the whole crew at City Offices from 9:00–9:30 AM to plant City Hall beds together. After all that hard work, enjoy a well-deserved light breakfast at the Town Square pavilion! ☀️

A couple of hours, a little work, and Midway shines all season long. Worth it? Absolutely.

✅ Bring gloves & shovels
✅ Show up at your chosen location by 8:00 AM
✅ Invite friends, family & neighbors!
