You may have heard about our Annual Award Ceremony coming up on March 25th from 6pm-7:30pm which is FREE and open to the public! https://lnkd.in/eYG_DW9?

What do all these individuals joining us have in common? Passion and focus.

Speaking of focus . . . each Annual Awards Ceremony Guest will have the option to enter a 20 minute session on either Personal Branding or Delegation, led by FOCUS Training!

FOCUS Training is a leadership development firm that builds and delivers on-site and virtual training programs across industries. For nearly 30 years, we have worked with organizations to customize programs that: drive engagement, retain talent, improve performance, and strengthen culture.

Delegation: Leaders should be a “force-multiplier” in their organization, driving productivity in others. There are tendencies that leaders may display that make delegation more challenging. In this mini-module, we will explore the common delegation "caricatures" that we may experience.

Personal branding: Career development and influence can be greatly impacted by how people are perceived in the workplace by peers, supervisor, clients and others. Establishing a strong personal brand allows for the development of a plan to grow in both your personal and professional worlds.
