We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services i

nclude Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Alexis works with teens and adults, creating a warm, inclusive space where clients can be themselves while building confidence, coping skills, and emotional awareness.

She is especially passionate about supporting adolescents through anxiety, self esteem, school challenges, and identity exploration.

Her thoughtful, collaborative approach helps clients better understand their emotions and work toward meaningful, realistic goals.

Join us on Monday, June 15, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at LTD Brewing in Hopkins for a free community gathering with Reach. 🎉 Stop by to say hi or stay for the whole evening.
