When the skies over Missoula turn smoky, your library is here. 🏔️💨

The Missoula Public Library is a certified clean air refuge! Our underfloor air distribution system and high-grade filtration continuously circulate and filter the air so you can breathe easy inside, even on the worst fire season days.

Public libraries have books, magazines, movies and … fresh air? Missoula Public Library and its satellite campuses have been set up as spaces where people can gather during hot, smoky days and breathe clean air.
