Happy ! These custom bag adjusters were designed to help orient incoming concrete bags as they move toward the final shipping process, allowing a robotic arm to grab each bag from the conveyor and stack them neatly on a pallet.

The previous adjusters were not robust enough and often required regular re-adjustments to keep the bags properly aligned. With the new units installed, the operations team no longer has to constantly re-check bag positioning, helping increase uptime, improve efficiency, and keep the process moving smoothly.

This video takes us to a pulp and paper mill in the southeastern U.S., where ASGCO provided a full skirtwall solution to improve material containment and system performance.

ASGCO supplied 80 feet of skirtwall featuring Urethane Canoe Liners, MDX Clamps, and ORG Sealing Compound. The skirtwall was designed to tie into the existing transfer at the tail, while the central transfer reclaim point was replaced and connected to the current diverter gate.

We also supplied 1/2" AR400 chute liners for enhanced durability. This system is built to handle the demands of conveying bark, ensuring longer wear life and reduced maintenance.
