🍽️ Help Feed the Marching Bears! ❤️🖤

Behind every great performance is a group of students who need a good meal before they take the field.

The New Bern High School Band Club is looking for meal sponsors and donations to help feed our Marching Bears before each home football game. Whether you’re a business, church, civic group, restaurant, or family, your support helps keep our students fueled and ready to perform.

Check out the attached flyer for available dates and ways to help.

Even if you aren’t able to sponsor a meal, you can still make a huge difference! Please share this post with your friends and family, local restaurants, businesses, churches, civic organizations, and community groups. The more people who see it, the more opportunities we have to fill every meal this season.

NCBA Program of Distinction:. Recognizes the NBHS Band program as an exceptional program for its sustained commitment to musical excellence, student achievement, leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. This represents the highest level of recognition in the NCBA Program of Merit, which is is awarded to middle and high school band programs that have met all Program of Merit standards while also earning Excellent or Superior ratings at Concert Band Music Performance Adjudication (MPA).

📣 Band Booster Meeting Tomorrow! ❤️🖤

Join us tomorrow at 6:30 PM for our monthly Band Booster Meeting! We'll share important updates, upcoming events, and ways you can support the Marching Bears this season. We hope to see all of our band families there!

A few reminders before the meeting:
🎟️ Please bring your Moore's BBQ money, ticket stubs, order forms, and any unsold tickets.
🥤 We're also still collecting canned soda donations for the fundraiser. If you're able, please bring a case or two with you!

These students have worked hard the last couple of weeks and deserved a break. Thank you to Rhems Volunteer Fire & Rescue for helping us out! And thank you to the parents for setting this up and serving snow cones!!!
