*Donation Drive*

Summer is fast approaching, and so is our popular summer program "Library on the Loose!"

"Library on the Loose!" is a once-monthly outreach event at Battery Park that provides community families with food, hygiene products, school supplies (August event only), library resources, and so much more during the summer months.

We need your help! We are looking for NEW hygiene products and school supplies for our drive - all items will be provided to families this summer!

Items can be dropped off (Now - August) at the New Castle Public Library (donation bin is located in the back lobby near the bulletin board) and at M&T Bank on Delaware St.

Our Children's Vision Clinic through Vision To Learn is back by popular demand! We'll be offering two dates during spring break this April- Wednesday April 8 and Thursday April 9. We have availability ranging from 10am to 3:30pm. All children enrolled in grades K-12 are eligible and there are no additional requirements. Appointments fill up FAST, so give us a call when you're ready to schedule! You can reach our helpful library staff at 302-328-1995.

Patrons are welcome to grab up to 4 seed packets per person, per visit.

Today is the day! Want to support the library and New Castle Library Friends? Consider donating to our active Do More 24 Campaign!

As always, we appreciate your support. Your contribution helps in more ways than we can explain in one post. Supplies such as a classroom set of hot glue guns for teen programming, NCPL-branded staff shirts, and educational computers for kids are only a few of the recent items our Friends have purchased for the library, which was made possible by donations from our community!
