New Rochelle Parks & Recreation Our department's mission is to transform the lives of all people through parks and recreation. Repeat offenders may be blocked permanently from the site.

We welcome and encourage your participation as we emphasize a theme of core services which focus on play, health, environmental stewardship and conservation. Parks and Recreation services are offered through our five bureaus: Marina, providing a variety of services for all recreational boaters; Office for the Aging, offering a wide range of opportunities, including daily nutrition, focused on seni

or adults over age 60; Parks, consisting of over 30 diversely unique properties; Recreation, featuring programs from toddlers to seniors that include day camps, tennis, softball, basketball, special events and trips; and Youth Bureau providing positive youth development for residents under 21 years of age

In recognition of Arbor Day, the Tree City USA flag will be raised on Thursday, April 23 at 5 PM in front of City Hall. The flag will remain on display for one week.

As a proud Tree City since 1991, we remain committed to caring for and expanding our urban forest through ongoing environmental initiatives.
