Our Project V.I.S.I.O.N. is excited to announce a new initiative this year in celebration of their 30th anniversary. This new initiative is called the “Kindness Grows Passport” which provides kids from about 3 years old through high school with the opportunity to volunteer in their community and learn how they can make a difference. We’ve partnered with a few of our partner agencies to provide this unique volunteer opportunity. Learn how volunteering has no age limit and how you can make a difference today!

We are beyond grateful for our generous sponsors at Chick-fil-A Aiken and Big Air Aiken!! We’re thankful for our community supporters and the agencies who have worked hard to create opportunities for children and students of all ages.

Visit these locations during office their office hours to pick up your passport: Aiken Chamber, Aiken County Family YMCA, Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center, Odell Weeks Activity Center, and our United Way of Aiken County office.

Participating Agencies: Child Advocacy Center of Aiken County, Helping Hands, Inc., The RECing Crew, Nurture Home - transitional shelter, and The Salvation Army of Aiken, Allendale, Barnwell, and Edgefield Counties.

A new addition to the Greeneway is now in place!

These informational kiosks will help residents and visitors navigate the Greeneway, discover nearby amenities, and better connect with the places and experiences that make North Augusta special.

This project was made possible through support from the Hurricane Helene Community Crisis Fund for the Central Savannah River Area, administered by the Community Foundation for the CSRA. This investment will provide a lasting benefit for everyone who enjoys the Greeneway.

We are grateful to the Community Foundation for the CSRA for helping make projects like this possible and for investing in the continued recovery and growth of our community.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the new kiosks on your next walk, run, or bike ride along the Greeneway!
