¡Ven a disfrutar de la Celebración de la Herencia Hispana de la Biblioteca Pública de Northfield! Un evento gratuito en el parque Central, el sábado 13 de septiembre de 11 a.m. a 4 p.m. ¡Abierto a todos! Celebraremos la cultura hispana y latina con actividades divertidas para todas las edades. Come enjoy the Northfield Public Library's Hispanic Heritage Celebration! It’s a free event at Central Park on Saturday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open to everyone! We will celebrate Hispanic and Latino culture with fun activities for all ages. Connect with the community and learn about the richness of Latin American culture and traditions. Latino textiles are about identity, telling stories, and weaving together the diverse Latino culture. Summer reading is right around the corner! This year's theme is Plant a Seed, Read! and to celebrate, we're planting our very own pizza garden. You can help us get the garden AND summer reading started on Tuesday, June 9th at our Summer Reading Kickoff! Join us from 5:30-7 pm with cold treats from Sweet Spokes (while supplies last) and, from 6-6:30pm, Mixed Nuts, a family-friendly show featuring physical comedy, humor, and uproarious audience participation.
