During the League of Women Voters Forum, the Novi city council candidates were asked if they accepted donations from builders or developers, family members or employees of any builders or developers. All candidates answered ‘No’. Campaign finance filings are now public. All candidates endorsed by the Novi Dems were true to their word. That can not be said of all candidates.
