Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required. No substitutions are accepted.
Experience: One year of experience providing child welfare or adult services to vulnerable children, individuals, or families.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate behavioral science, including child development, sociology, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, criminology, juvenile justice, human growth and development, human services, mental health, or human resources management, with at least 30 credit hours in human services or human development
• Two years of experience providing casework or community organizational services in a public or private social service agency
• A Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) license from the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners may substitute for one year of the required experience

This position reports directly to the Director and oversees operations for the Child Support Administration Unit. The Assistant Director for Child Support will lead local programming, guide and support staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and serve as a community expert in child support services.

💰 Salary: $81,750 – $105,759/year
Growth potential to $128,924/year

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
