🥳Let’s welcome our new Marketing and Sales Director!
My name is Broderick Sherwood, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Marketing Director at The Auberge at North Ogden.
I’ve been fortunate to work in the senior living industry for several years — serving as a Director for a year and a half before transitioning into CarePatrol, where I worked full-time in senior placement. In that role, I had the opportunity to tour and work with nearly every assisted living community from Cache Valley down to Bountiful, helping families find the right fit for their loved ones.
Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand what makes a community truly special — and that’s what led me to The Auberge at North Ogden.
What stood out to me here is the incredible team with long-standing tenure, a strong culture, and a genuine commitment to residents and families. It immediately felt like a place where I could make a meaningful impact.
At my core, I love working with seniors. I’m passionate about being a resource for families, building relationships, and being available whenever help is needed — wherever I can add value.
I’m truly excited to be part of this community and look forward to meeting many of you soon.
