• Hours listed for Monday/Wednesday/Friday are for our downtown Olympia Food Pantry location at 220 Thurston Ave NE.
• Hours listed for Tuesday/Thursday are for our Lacey Food Pantry location at 7027 Martin Way E.
• Lacey Food Pantry is also opened the 2nd Wednesday each month from 4:00–6:00 PM, and the Lacey Farm Stand is open select Saturdays from 11:00am–1:00pm. Please visit tcfb.org for much more information about our Food Pantries and many Satellite locations!

We're preparing for Thanksgiving and we need your help to get ready! We're looking for volunteers at our Olympia pantry to help bag flour for our holiday distribution on November 3rd, 10th, 12th, 17th, and 19th; each day has a 9-1 pm shift and a 1-4 pm shift available.

A HUGE thank you to everyone organizing food drives for us! Many of you have been asking what items are most needed.

We particularly need: cranberry sauce, fruit cups/pouches, canned protein, and items for our Winter Activity Bags (see slides for more details).

We recently learned of the passing of Jan Putman and want to send condolences to her family and friends and express our enormous gratitude for her life of service and for her example of how to live in community. Thurston County Food Bank would not be what it is today without her dedicated contributions.

Jan was our first director and a founding member of the food bank; in the 27 years she was director, she went from the only employee with less than a dozen volunteers to a team of almost 400 volunteers.

We hope to continue her legacy in our work and reflect her spirit of service, kindness, and respect for all in our lives.

All Thurston County Food Bank locations will be closed today, Monday, October 19.

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday for Lacey and our Tumwater Warehouse, and the Olympia Pantry will reopen for service on Wednesday.
