REVIEW OF AGENDA
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Tad: A lot of non resident stakeholders are not getting any information about the watershed. They are the major players on the lake. How can we share information with them?
A lot is going through the attorneys - uncertain when the transfer will occur. We do not expect to have any movement for at least 30 days.
We have a lot going on with the attorneys. Tad feels that ALA is not seeing the urgency of the dam transfer.
At this point we do not have ZOOM capability for more public participation.
Mary will approach the town to ask permission to add our meeting minutes to the town’s website.
We will let people know when the next assessment mailing will be sent out.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Current balance $15,489.58
ISSUES RE NON-PAYMENT
We are following up with 23 lakefront property owners to collect the remaining fees.

AUDIT UPDATE
ALWMD will have to have an audit. We must use a CPA or a state auditor. George has talked to the state. We have been advised to wait until next year to conduct an audit. That will be put in the budget for next year.
