4th Grade celebrated their last author visit of the school year! Nebraska author Jeff Kurrus has visited once a month all year, teaching students what writers do, how to write stories, and encouraging their creativity. THANK YOU to the Carriage Hill PTO for purchasing books (written by Mr. Kurrus!) for every 4th grade student!

A HUGE thank you to all the families who came out for our Kindergarten–2nd Grade Superhero Family Literacy Night! 🦸‍♂️📚
From reading missions to writing challenges, our students showed off their super skills alongside their families. We loved seeing the excitement, smiles, and learning happening together. Thank you for being such an important part of our literacy journey! 💙

4th Grade's field trip to Lincoln was a great way to see in person what we have been learning about in Social Studies this year about Nebraska's government, history, economy, and agriculture! Students toured the Capitol, learning where all three branches of government work. We also went to the Nebraska History Museum and had lunch provided by the Ag Lunch Program (sponsored by Nebraska Pork Producers Association).
