👟 Don’t forget to register for the annual 5K/1K race!

🏃‍♂️ Join us Saturday, May 30, at Paramount Park, 14400 Paramount Blvd., followed by a Health and Wellness Fair supporting the Paramount Education Partnership. Enjoy live music, crafts, giveaways, food vendors and community resource booths.

🌟 Event time: 8 to 11 a.m. Perfect for runners, walkers and families.

Parking is available at the Bianchi Theatre parking lot.

Early bird (through March 1):
• Youth (17 and under) and seniors (55 and older): $15

• Youth (17 and under) and seniors (55 and older): $20
• Adults: $35

Late registration (May 25 through race day):
• Youth (17 and under) and seniors (55 and older): $25
• Adults: $35

🏈 The Co-Ed Youth Flag Football League is back!

This FREE football camp is open to kids ages 5–12 and runs from June 1 through July 11 at All American Park (13330 Orizaba Ave.). Participants will enjoy fun drills, teamwork-building activities, and exciting gameplay in a positive and active environment.

Practice days and times will be announced on May 28. Proof of residency or PUSD enrollment, along with a birth certificate, is required to participate.

A 6-week program
Equipment
Game shirt
Participation award

It will be on June 6 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. for FREE swim at Paramount Park Pool (14400 Paramount Blvd.)!

Then come back for Night Rec Swim starting at 7:30 p.m., followed by Movies at the Pool featuring The Bad Guys 2 at 8 p.m. 🎬🌊
