Pevely Animal Control Animal control facility operated by the City of Pevely to offer services to citizens within the city. Our shelter is open Monday-Friday; hours may vary.

Our animal shelter is located at 501 Dunklin Industrial Drive in Pevely, Missouri. When our Animal Control Officer is out on duty, the shelter doors are closed until he returns. We don’t want to miss you, so please call for an appointment to visit the animals. What We Do

Foster Parenting
Become a Volunteer Foster Parent and experience the rewards of making a homeless animal feel wanted and loved. Foster Parenting ensures homes for the homeless animals that have behavior problems and need some help in training or medical attention. week 🎉…. But unfortunately, we have some still here, waiting for their heroes. Here is a list of all of our fur babies that are still currently in need of their furever homes.

➡ They are all available for adoption or transfer to licensed rescues. If you are a licensed rescue and able to help or you are looking to add a new furry family member to your household, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange a Meet and Greet. 📋 I’m a super cute, very friendly, 8-week-old female pit mix. I’m still a trainable puppy and I will steal your heart! I am available for adoption or transfer to licensed rescue.

📋 I’m a 2-year-old female Black Lab! I’m a sweet girl. I like to play fetch. I like to run and I love water! I am available for adoption or transfer to licensed rescue.

✅ I’m housebroken.

💙 The only problem is… I’m stuck here at Animal Control. I need to be in a loving home with space for me to run and play and enjoy the dog life. Give me my second chance and let me join your family.

These guys are in need of heroes. They are all three currently available for immediate adoption or transfer to licensed rescues. They can be separated. They are all good dogs that came from family households, socialized and animal friendly. We need to get these guys out of Animal Control ASAP.

If you haven’t heard, City Hall had a surprise visitor on Friday!

🐾We had a very special visitor stop by City Hall today!🐶❤️

Our staff got a surprise visit from a sweet four-legged friend, and she definitely made everyone’s day a little brighter. From wagging tails to extra smiles around the office, we were so happy to have her stop in and spread some joy!

Thank you to our furry visitor for making City Hall a little more paws-itively awesome today!🐾😊

📋 Bolt is a 9-month-old, Male, Beagle Mix! He is full of puppy energy and loves to play. His favorite game is fetch! I’m confident that Bolt would fit in great to any family!
