Had a wonderful time at the Philadelphia Cycling Classic in the 4th District yesterday! I joined Councilmember Jones and other colleagues as the cyclists raced down Main Street in Manayunk. Thank you Curtis Jones Jr for an excellent day! 🚴🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Talk about an amazing day! Had a great Saturday with Kenyatta Johnson for Community Day in Point Breeze. Always wonderful to get outside, meet some neighbors, and celebrate Philadelphia with my council colleagues. ☀️

Happy first week of school, Philadelphia!

On Monday, a member of the Rue Crew stopped by the Gloria Casarez School to raise the Pride flag alongside the American flag with the principal. 🏳️‍🌈🇺🇸 When educational spaces promote inclusivity, students are encouraged to live authentically and learn in a safe enviornment. Cheers to an excellent academic year!

ICE Out legislation went into effect in July, but it will only protect our neighbors if it is implemented and enforced.

Yesterday, my office joined PIC community advocates, including this speaker from National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA), calling on the Mayor to train city employees and release a clear implementation plan.
