k. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party. At this time the Borough of Hatboro will not be accepting any comments from the public on its Social Media platforms. The Borough's sole purpose for the use of Social Media is to inform residents about Hatboro happenings and events. This policy is written to protect the Borough should anyone somehow comment on any of our Social Media Platforms or should we begin to allow comments.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Town Hall Meeting Schedule Change

The Borough of Hatboro previously distributed notices to residents informing them of an upcoming Town Hall to take place on September 14, 2026. There was a clerical error on these notices that noted an incorrect start time. In response to community feedback, please note that the upcoming Town Hall scheduled for Monday, September 14th, will now begin at 7:00 PM, instead of the previously posted 6:00 PM start time. We want to make sure everyone has ample time to attend following work and evening commitments. Please take note of this time.

Over the next few days, updated flyers with the 7:00 PM start time will be redistributed directly to residents living on the streets under consideration for single-sided parking.

We encourage all interested community members to attend, share their input, and ask questions.

Zoning re-write update.

Just a reminder to all, the Borough is in the process of approving a new zoning ordinance for the Borough. You can keep up to date on changes and the process by visiting our website at www.myhatboro.org and visit the page dedicated to this project.

Last evening the Planning Commission had some more clarifications that they asked the County Planner to review, as such a recommendation was not made to send this to council yet.

The next meeting of the Planning Commission is September 8th at 7pm in Borough Hall and at this time they hope to make a recommendation to send the proposed ordinance to council to review and consider the next steps.

Last week, the Borough of Hatboro formally welcomed Philly Philly to our community! Philly Philly specializes in cheesesteaks, sandwiches, salads, fries, burgers, and more! We are so excited to welcome owners Sal and Rose Dimaggio to Hatboro!

The ribbon cutting was attended by Councilman Myers, Councilman Smith, Councilwoman Hendrickson, Council President Nicole Reichner, Borough Manager Hegele, and State Representative Nancy Guenst as well as members of the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce, owners of Milliner Lofts, and business owners Sal and Rose Dimaggio!

Due to the rain last Friday 8/07, -- Hatboro's National Night Out will be held on Friday August 14, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM in Miller Meadow Park (south York Road across from WAWA)
Art in the Garden has been moved to Miller Meadow Park and will become part of National Night Out.
Hatboro Bubbles will be at NNO at 7:30 PM

Today is a day forever etched in our minds and one we will never forget in our small town.

If you get a chance stop by the Fire house to see the beautiful statue memorializing John donated by his family. You can always stop by Miller Meadow on York Road where you can learn more about John at the John Kulick Gazebo.

Also in Miller Meadow you can visit the Gold Star Garden where you can reflect on all those that made the ultimate sacrifice so we can enjoy our freedom’s everyday.

If you travel Warminster Road, the John Kulick bridge over the creek by Mill Road is dedicated and named in his memory.

John will always be remembered, not just today but everyday.
