The ongoing partnership between the Partners in Transition THRIVE program and the United Way of the Adirondack Region continues to showcase the strength of community collaboration and inclusion in action.
United Way staff expressed their appreciation for the student volunteers who support their office each week. These students contribute far beyond completing tasks, bringing positivity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic that enhances the overall workplace atmosphere.
“The volunteers from Partners in Transition have been a blessing to our office,” United Way staff shared. “Their weekly visits are filled with hard work, kindness, and a positive energy that truly lifts our environment. Their dedication and friendliness make a real difference every time they are here.”
The Partners in Transition program, which is dedicated to developing work readiness and life skills for young adults, also shared their gratitude for this meaningful collaboration. This partnership continues to demonstrate how inclusive, hands-on experiences can build essential skills, strengthen confidence, create connections, and positively impact the community.
