🛡️❤️ PCSC Safety & Security: Working Together for Our Students
Keeping our students safe, healthy, and ready to learn takes more than one person — it takes continued learning, strong relationships, and collaboration across our community!
Recently, PCSC School Resource Officer Bridget Hite traveled to Indianapolis to attend a conference hosted by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security’s Office of School Safety. Opportunities like these help our safety professionals continue learning, strengthen their skills, and bring valuable knowledge back to our schools.
Closer to home, PCSC Director of Safety and Security Ward Byer participated in a community meeting hosted by the Marshall County Health Department with Indiana State Health Commissioner Dr. Lindsay Weaver. Ward shared about the collaborative relationship between PCSC and the Health Department and how these partnerships help us support the health and well-being of our students.
From strengthening school safety practices to building partnerships that promote student wellness, our Safety and Security team is committed to creating environments where every student can feel safe, supported, and ready to succeed.
