Pulaski County SWCD

Pulaski County SWCD Grazing, irrigation, woodland, pest and nutrient management, animal waste, ground and surface water, and soil erosion.

The SWCP is funded by the 1/10th of 1 percent Parks, Soils and Water Sales Tax that has been voter-approved for more than 30 years. A portion of the Parks, Soils and Water Sales Tax is used for Missouri landowners to install soil and water conservation practices through the state cost-share program. These practices conserve soil, which consequently improves water quality by reducing sedimentation in rivers and streams.
