A fun evening with friends, new connections and great wine and food!

BIA's Riverside County Chapter hosted its popular Red, Wine & Blue event at the beautiful Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula, giving BIA members and guests a great opportunity to unwind, have great conversations taste all that Wilson Creek has to offer.

A great afternoon of insights, networking, and industry updates at the Inland Empire Mid-Year Economic Update on May 20 at Skyview Event Center in Jurupa Valley with Building Industry Association - San Bernardino County Chapter.

Attendees heard from keynote speaker Scott Wild, Principal Consulting Economist with John Burns Research and Consulting, who shared valuable analysis on the economy, housing market trends, and what may be ahead for the Inland Empire region.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday, April 29 for the BIA Riverside County Chapter Government Affairs Workshop: Community Development Directors Panel at the City of Lake Elsinore Community Center!

Attendees heard directly from planning and development leadership representing three of the I-15 corridor’s fastest-growing cities—Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, and Murrieta—sharing insights on current development trends, opportunities for homebuilding, and ways to better navigate the project approval process.
