Come hear the remarkable story of Wyoming’s own endangered-species hero: the black-footed ferret.

Discover how a Wyoming ranching family—and their dog—played a pivotal role in saving America’s rarest mammal from extinction.

Two domestic ferrets, special guests from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s National Black-Footed Ferret Conservation Center will be on hand along with Wyoming State Park Ranger Angelina Stancampiano to help answer questions and share insights about ferret conservation and Wyoming’s role in this extraordinary conservation success story.

All ages are welcome!
